Donorship is valid per calendar year: from January 1st till January 1st and is with tacit renewal.
Cancellation or modification of the donorship has to be in writing and for the attention of the treasurer of the NBV with a minimum of 1 month prior to the new calendar year.
The NBV Yearbook is sent per e-mail to all members and donors three weeks prior to the annual General assembly (March / April). Donors will receive the invoice every first quarter of the year and this includes the terms and conditions as described with the donor package. The payment terms are payment within 14 days after invoice date.
New donors will receive a written confirmation regarding the chosen donor package and the invoice.
