The 13th Netherlands Congress on Biotechnology, NBC-13, will be held in Ede on March 11 and 12, 2010. The NBC-13 is the largest Biotechnology Congress in the Netherlands and has proven to be a unique meeting point for the biotech industry, universities, institutes, consumer organizations and other social parties. The NBC-13 is for every Dutch biotechnologist! The participation of colleagues from abroad is highly encouraged.

The title of the NBC-13 is promising: “Biotechnology for a sustainable society” and the 2-day

program features keynote lectures by experts in their specific field and there are parallel sessions each highlighting the different aspects of biotechnology in the broadest sense of the word. The full spectrum of biotechnology is covered in the parallel sessions: industrial, medical, environmental, marine biotechnology. In addition to this, the poster session will bring an extensive overview regarding the same themes as described.
