NBC-13

The scientific committee of NBC-13 wants to encourage contact between the different biotechnological fields (red, white, green and blue) by organising specific parallel sessions to this purpose. The scientific committee wants to stress that presentations on socially relevent topics related to biotechnology are very welcome, since the committee would like to focus on that aspect as well.

Call for abstracts

Those wishing to contribute to the scientific programme of the congress are invited to submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation. Submitting an abstract and registring for the congress can be done by submitting the registration form. Contributions covering the envisaged sessions of the congress are welcomed (see above).

  • Abstracts can be submitted with online registration at www.nbc-congress.nl, preferably as an MS-Word file
  • Only one abstract per registered participant will be accepted
  • The congress secretariat must receive abstracts for oral presentations before November 15, 2009. The organising committee will make a selection of oral presentations based on the received abstracts
  • Abstracts for poster presentations can be submitted until February 1, 2010.
  • A book of abstracts of both oral presentations and poster presentations will be available on site and free of charge to all participants
  • The congress language will be English
